If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must be returned in original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a photo of the item
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
- wrong size selection
- change of mind
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved:
- refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- processing time may take a few business days
